Applicant seeks bail in Case Crime No. 1110 of 2024, U/S 333, 64, 351(2) B.N.S., Police Station Khurja Nagar, District Bulandshahr, during the pendency of trial. 4. As per prosecution story, the applicant is stated to have raped the victim on 17.11.2024 by forcing himself into the bathroom. He is stated to have video-recorded the said act and had threatened her to make it viral on social media. 5. Learned counsel for the applicant has argued that the applicant is absolutely innocent and has been falsely implicated in the present case with a view to cause unnecessary harassment and to victimize him.
