The instant bail application has been filed seeking release of the applicant on bail in Case Crime No. 384 of 2024, under Sections 191(2), 191(3), 103(1), 3(5) B.N.S., Police Station Kotwali, District Budaun during pendency of the trial. 3. Learned counsel for the applicant submits, however, applicant was named in the FIR along with others and as per allegation due to the assault made by the applicant and others deceased died but it appears, neither informant nor any other witnesses could see the real incident. 4. He further submits, after considering the entire facts of the case, co-accused Smt. Komal Sahu has been released on bail by this Court and her bail order has been annexed as Annexure-12 to the affidavit and however she was lady but after con
