Heard learned counsel for the applicant as well as Sri Sunil Kumar, learned A.G.A. for the State and perused the material placed on record. 3. Applicant seeks bail in Case Crime No. 184 of 2024, U/S 70(1) B.N.S., 2023, Police Station Raipura, District Chitrakoot, during the pendency of trial. 4. As per prosecution story, the applicant and co-accused person Phoolchandra, are stated to have outraged the modesty of the victim by forcibly taking her to a secluded place on 31.10.2024 at about 6.00 pm. 5. Learned counsel for the applicant has argued that the applicant is absolutely innocent and has been falsely implicated in the present case with a view to cause unnecessary harassment and to victimize him.
