The instant bail application has been filed seeking release of the applicant on bail in Case Crime No. 361 of 2024, under Section 103(1) B.N.S., Police Station Bhawanpur, District Meerut during pendency of the trial. 3. Learned counsel for the applicant submits, however, applicant is named in the FIR along with others but admittedly informant was not an eye witness and it appears, on the basis of suspicion he disclosed the name of applicant in the FIR of the present case. 4.
