This bail application under Section 439 Cr.P.C. has been moved on behalf of accused-applicant, Salman, seeking enlargement on bail in Case Crime No. 203 of 2024, under Section 307 of the Indian Penal Code and 3/25 Arms Act, Police Station Pilkhuwa, District Hapur. 4. Learned counsel for the applicant argued that the accused- applicant is innocent. He has been falsely implicated in this case crime number and is languishing in jail since 21.04.2024. He has criminal antecedent of 11 cases including the present case, which has been explained in para 2 of the supplementary affidavit filed in support of the bail application and there is no likelihood of his fleeing from course of justice or
