Learned counsel for the applicant submits that on the basis of false allegation applicant has been made accused in the present matter along with co-accused Ashish Gupta but after considering the entire facts of the case, co-accused Ashish Gupta has been released on bail by this Court vide order dated 14.02.2025 passed in Criminal Misc.
