This bail application under Section 483 of Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 has been moved on behalf of accused- applicant, Kadar Ali, seeking enlargement on bail in Case Crime No. 218 of 2024, under Sections 191(2), 191(3), 190, 132, 125(1), 221, 224, 331(5), 324, 109, 3(5), 61(2) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023, Police Station- Shahi, District- Bareilly. Learned counsel for the applicant argued that the accused- applicant is innocent. He has been falsely implicated in this very case crime number and is languishing in jail since 20.07.2024. Learned counsel for the applicant submits that similarly placed co- accused, namely, Hasam, Aslam, Yaseen Shah Alias Aseen Shah and Dilshad, Rashid and Hasnain have already been enlarged on bail of this Court by order
