FIR of the present case was lodged on 08.10.2024 against applicant and six others and according to FIR, on 08.10.2024 at 9:55 a.m. in the morning, applicant and others made assault and due to assault made by them father of the informant and his tau died at spot and in the incident his mother and cousin brother sustained serious injuries. 4.
