Applicant seeks bail in Case Crime No.271 of 2024, under Sections 331(4), 351(2), 352, 64 B.N.S. and 3/4 POCSO Act, Police Station- Kotwali Dehat, District- Mirzapur, during the pendency of trial. 4. As per prosecution story, the applicant is stated to have barged into the house of the informant in the night of 4/5.11.2024 and had outraged her modesty and even had torn her clothes off. 5. Learned counsel for the applicant has argued that the applicant is absolutely innocent and has been falsely implicated in the present case. The FIR is delayed by about one month and there is no explanation of the said delay caused. The
