Applicant seeks bail in Case Crime No.171 of 2024, under Sections 137(2), 70(1) B.N.S. and Section 5/6 POCSO Act, 2012, Police Station Ranipur, District Mau, during the pendency of trial. 4. As per prosecution story, the FIR was instituted against unknown person by the informant regarding missing of his daughter since 06.09.2024 at 2:00 p.m. 5. Learned counsel for the applicant has argued that the applicant is absolutely innocent and has been falsely implicated in the present case. The FIR is delayed by about seven days and there is no explanation of the said delay caused. The allegations against the applicant stands falsif
