The instant bail application has been filed on behalf of the applicant, Satyanarain @ Chhotu with a prayer to release him on bail in Case Crime No. 200/2023, under Sections 354, 354-Ka, 504, 506 IPC and Section 9m/10 The Protection of Children from Sexual Offences Act, Police Station Babupurwa, District- Kanpur Nagar, during pendency of trial. There is allegation against the applicant of outraging the modesty of a minor girl. Learned counsel for the applicant has submitted that the applicant is a shop keeper and the informant side took the goods and were not willing to pay money of the same
