Heard Sri Gajendra Singh, learned counsel for the applicant, Sri Jai Kishan Chaurasia, learned State Law Officer for the State and perused the material placed on record. 3. Applicant seeks bail in Case Crime No.14 of 2025, under Sections 64, 352, 351(3), 333 B.N.S., Police Station Khetasarai, District Jaunpur, during the pendency of trial. 4. As per prosecution story, the applicant is stated to have committed rape with the victim on 15.07.2024 at about 1:00 p.m. by barging into her house. 5. Learned counsel for the applicant has argued that the applicant is absolutely innocent and has been falsely implicated in the present case. The FIR is delayed by about six months and there is no explanation of the said delay caused. The victim is major as she herself has mentioned her age to be 19 years. Learned counsel has further stated that there is no medic
