Heard Sri Byas Kumar Prasad, learned counsel for the applicant, Sri Kushagra Srivastava, learned State Law Officer and perused the material placed on record. 3. Applicant seeks bail in Case Crime No.456 of 2024, under Sections 65(1), 123, 351(3) B.N.S. and 4(2) POCSO Act, Police Station- Trans Yamuna, District- Agra, during the pendency of trial. 4. As per prosecution story, the applicant is stated to be step- brother of the victim and had raped her between 28.10.2024 to 31.10.2024. 5. Learned counsel for the applicant has argued that the applicant is absolutely innocent and has been falsely implicated in the present case. The FIR is delayed by about five days and there is no explanation of the said delay caused. There is no medical corroboration of the incident. It is a clear cut case of false implication as a dispute arose between husband and wife duo
