The present bail application has been filed by the applicant in Case Crime No.552 of 2024, under Sections 364A, 365, 343, 346, 347, 328, 506, 120-B, 376D I.P.C., Police Station- Quarsi, District- Aligarh with the prayer to enlarge him on bail. 5. As per prosecution story, the FIR was instituted by the mother of the victim against unknown persons. 6. Learned counsel for the applicant has stated that he has been falsely implicated in the present case. The FIR is delayed by about one day and there is no explanation of the said delay caused. The victim is a married lady and is obviously major. There is no medical corroboration of the incident. The victim
