Applicant seeks bail in Case Crime No. 264 of 2024, under Sections 332(3), 64(1) of BNS and Section 3/4 of POCSO Act, Police Station Chhajlait, District Moradabad, during the pendency of trial. PROSECUTION STORY: 5. The applicant is stated to have barged into the house of the informant in the night of 11.12.2024 at about 11 p.m. and had committed rape with her daughter aged about 17 years.
