Applicant seeks bail in Case Crime No.557 of 2024, under Sections 137(2), 87, 64(1) of BNS and Section 3(2)V of SC/ST Act and Section 3/4 of POCSO Act, Police Station Shamli, District Shamli, during the pendency of trial. PROSECUTION STORY: 4. The applicant in collusion with other co-accused person is stated to have enticed away the minor daughter of the informant aged about 17 years on 21.09.2024 at about 2:30 a.m. ARGUMENTS ON BEHALF OF APPLICANT : 5. The applicant has been falsely implicated in the present case and he has nothing to do with the said offence. 6. The FIR is delayed by about more than one day and there is no explanation of the said delay caused. 7. The time o
