Applicant seeks bail in Case Crime No. 652 of 2024, under Sections 65(1), 115(2), 126(2), 351(3) of BNS and Section 3/4 of POCSO Act, Police Station Tajganj, District Agra, during the pendency of trial. 5. As per prosecution story, the applicant is stated to have barged into the house of the victim finding her alone and had committed rape with her on 07.10.2024 at about 2:30 p.m. The victim was found bleeding by her parents and was admitted in the private hospital and the FIR was instituted on 09.10.2024. 6.
