This bail application under Section 483 BNSS has been moved on behalf of accused-applicant, Rukhasana, seeking enlargement on bail in Case Crime No. 468 of 2024, under Sections 3/4/5 Immoral Traffic Prevention Act, 1956 and 16/17 POCSO Act, Police Station Naini, District Prayagraj. 3. The allegation made in the FIR is that on 15.07.2024 at about 18:30 hours, after receiving information from NGO Freedom Firm for Rescue Girls, Allahabad a search was made in the house of co- accused namely Sanjay Nishad, applicant and other co-accused persons were arrested with some illegal material. 4. Learned counsel for the applicant argued that the accused- applicant is innocent. He has been falsely implicated in this case crime number and is languishing in j
