Heard learned counsel for the applicant as well as Sri Sunil Kumar, learned A.G.A. for the State and perused the material placed on record. 3. Applicant seeks bail in Case Crime No. 178 of 2024, under Sections 366, 328, 342, 376 IPC, Police Station Surir, District Mathura, during the pendency of trial. 4. Learned counsel for the applicant has argued that the applicant is absolutely innocent and has been falsely implicated in the present case. The FIR itself is delayed, as an application u/s 156(3) Cr.P.C. was moved on 26.9.2023. There is anomaly in transcription of the dates of the FIR and that of the application. The victim is the consenting party, as is evident from the fact that she had gone with the applicant from Mathura to Haryana.
