Applicant seeks bail in Case Crime No. 529 of 2024, U/S 65(1), 351(3) B.N.S. and 3/4(2) POCSO Act, Police Station Nizamabad, District Azamgarh, during the pendency of trial. 4. As per prosecution story, the applicant is stated to have raped the victim by forcibly taking her to a brick-kiln on 8.11.2024. 5. Learned counsel for the applicant has argued that the applicant is absolutely innocent and has been falsely implicated in the present case with a view to cause unnecessary harassment and to victimize him.
