The instant application has been filed seeking release of the applicant on bail in Case Crime No. 495 of 2024, under Sections 103(1), 352, 3(5) BNS, Police Station- Nai Mandi, District- Muzaffarnagar, during pendency of the trial in the court below. 3. Learned counsel for the applicant submitted that however, applicant is named in the FIR along with three others but role of causing injury to the deceased has not been assigned to her and as per FIR and statements of witnesses, co-accused Kaluram and Sanjay caused injuries to the deceased. 4. He further submitted that applicant is lady and she is not having any criminal history and she is in jail in the present matte
