The instant application has been filed seeking release of the applicant on bail in Case Crime No. 129 of 2024, under Sections 103(1) BNS, Police Station Dannahar, District Mainpuri, during pendency of the trial in the court below. 3. Learned counsel for the applicant submitted that on the basis of false allegations, applicant has been made accused in the present matter alongwith two others including co-accused Vipul and from the statement of the alleged eye witnesses co-accused Vipul was principal accused who pressed the neck of the deceased but after considering entire facts of the case in detail, co-accused Vipul has been released on bail by this Court vide order dated 24.4.2025 passed
