The instant application has been filed seeking release of the applicant on bail in Case Crime No.23 of 2024, under Sections 302, 323, 504, 506, 34 IPC, Police Station Behsuma, District Meerut, during pendency of the trial in the court below. 4. FIR of the present case was lodged on 22.1.2024 at 11 hours against applicant and four others and according to the FIR on 21.1.2024 at about 6 pm in the evening some dispute of the brother of the informant arose with the applicant and thereafter applicant and others entered in the house of the informant and made assault upon his brother and they caused head injury upon his head through spade due to which he sustained seriou
