The instant application has been filed seeking release of the applicant on bail in Case Crime No. 0240 of 2024, under Sections 302, 201, 120-B IPC, Police Station- Ecotech-3, District- Gautambudh Nagar, during pendency of the trial in the court below. 3. Learned counsel for the applicant submitted that however, applicant is named in the FIR along with two others but it appears, on the basis of suspicion, he has been made accused in the present matter. 4. He further submitted that it is a case of circumstantial evidence and except suspicion, confessional statement of the applicant and statement of co-accused, there is no cogent evidence against the applicant on record. 5. He further submitted that apart from the present case, however, applicant is having criminal history of two other cases
