The instant bail application has been filed seeking release of the applicant on bail in Case Crime No. 52 of 2024, under Sections 103(2), 238, 3(5) B.N.S., Police Station Balrai, District Etawah during pendency of the trial. 4. FIR of the present case was lodged on 28.10.2024 against applicant and four others and according to the FIR daughter of the informant aged about 14 years resided in the house of her Mausa i.e. co-accused Satyabhan for last two months and co-accused Satyabhan and other accused including applicant after committing her murder threw her dead body in the Yamuna river. 5.
