The instant application has been filed seeking release of the applicant on bail in Case Crime No. 0160 of 2017, under Sections 363, 302, 201 IPC, Police Station- Ganganagar, District- Meerut, during pendency of the trial in the court below. 3. Learned counsel for the applicant submitted that initially FIR of the present case was lodged against unknown person with regard to abduction of son of the informant aged about 6 years but after recovery of his dead body, case was converted under Section 302 IPC. 4. He further submitted that during investigation, however, applicant has been made accused on the ground that number of witnesses witnessed him along with along with deceased but entire allegation levelled
