The instant application has been filed seeking release of the applicant on bail in Case Crime No. 397 of 2024, under Sections 103(1), 316(2), 238, 61(2), 3(5) BNS, Police Station- Bisanda, District- Banda, during pendency of the trial in the court below. 4. Learned counsel for the applicant submits that is a case of circumstantial evidence and however, applicant was named in the FIR along with the co-accused Vippa Parihar @ Vipin but it appears that they have been made accused in the FIR on the basis of suspicion.
