Prevention of Cow Slaughter Act, 1955, Section 11(1)L of Prevention of Animal Cruelty Act & Section 4/25 Arms Act, Police Station- Narkhi, District- Firozabad. Learned counsel for the applicant submits that the applicant is not named in the FIR. Applicant's name disclosed in the statement of the eye-witness. Recovery of one knife has been shown from pointing of the applicant, but there is no independent witness of the recovery. Offence is triable by magistrate. The applicant is languishing in jail since
