Prevention of Cow Slaughter Act, 1955,Police Station- Kakrauli,District-MuzaffarNagar. Learned counsel for the applicant submits that the applicant is not named in the FIR. Applicant's name disclosed in the statement of the co-accused. Nothing incriminating has been recovered from possession of the applicant. There is no independent witness of the recovery.
