The present bail application has been moved on behalf of accused- applicant Jitendra Pal seeking enlargement on bail in Case Crime No. 391 of 2024, under Sections 118(2), 229, 61(2), 3(5) B.N.S., 2023, & Section 3/25 Arms Act, Police Station Sarai Akil, District Kaushambi. Learned counsel for the applicant argued that the accused- applicant is innocent and he has been falsely implicated in this case crime number. The applicant is languishing in jail since 12.11.2024. He submits that the applicant is not named in the F.I.R. His name came into light during investigation. The applicant has no concern with the present crime.
