This bail application under Section 483 of Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 has been moved on behalf of accused- applicant, Abid, seeking enlargement on bail in Case Crime No. 438 of 2024, under Section- 8/21 of NDPS Act, Police Station- Nakud, District- Saharanpur. In the prosecution case it is alleged that during police checking, the police arrested the applicant. From the personal search of the applicant, 15 gm smack is alleged to have been recovered from his possession. The recovery has been made in front of the Gazetted Officer.
