The present bail application under Section 483 of Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 has been filed on behalf of applicant, Jeeshan Alias Dauaa, with a prayer to release him on bail in Case Crime No. 701 of 2024, under Section 3/5/8 of U.P. Prevention of Cow Slaughter Act, 1955, Police Station- Bithri Chainpur,District-Bareilly. Learned counsel for the applicant submits that the applicant is not named in the FIR. Nothing incriminating has been recovered from possession of the applicant. There is no independent witness of the alleged recovery. Offence is triable by magistrate.
