The instant bail application has been filed on behalf of the applicant, Devendra Sharma with a prayer to release him on bail in Case Crime No.495 of 2023, under Section-323, 324, 354, 504 IPC and Section 9A/10 POCSO Act, Police Station -Sikandra, District -Agra, during pendency of trial. There are allegations against the applicant of outraging the modesty of her own daughter. Learned counsel for the applicant has submitted that the FIR was lodged by the
