Applicant seeks bail in Case Crime No. 493 of 2024, under Sections 137(2), 74, 65(1) of BNS and Sections 7/8 & 4(2) of POCSO Act, Police Station - Debai, District - Bulandshahr, during the pendency of trial. 4. As per prosecution story, the applicant is stated to have outraged the modesty of the informant's minor daughter, aged about 15 years, after enticing her away on 09.09.2024 at about 05:00 PM. The victim has returned the same day to her house. 5. Learned counsel for the applicant has argued that the applicant is absolutely innocent and has been falsely implicated in t
