Heard Sri Shiva Kant Srivastava, learned counsel for the applicant, Sri Manoj Kumar Pandey, learned counsel for the informant and Sri Jai Kishan Chaurasiya, learned State Law Officer as well as perused the material placed on record. 3. Applicant seeks bail in Case Crime No. 439 of 2024, under Sections 137(2), 142, 87, 61(2), 64, 75(1)(1) of BNS and Section 3/4(2) and 7/8 of POCSO Act, Police Station Kotwali, District Azamgarh, during the pendency of trial. 4. Learned counsel for the applicant has argued that the applicant is absolutely innocent and has been falsely implicated in the present case. He has nothing to do with the said offence. The FIR is delayed by about 11 days and there is no explanation of the said delay caused. The victim is a consenting party and has married the applicant and she is living in the house of the applicant
