Heard Ms. Haya Rizvi, learned counsel for the applicant, Sri Jai Kishan Chaurasiya, learned State Law Officer as well as perused the material placed on record. 3. Learned State Law Officer has informed that the notice to the informant has been served on 10.02.2025 but none is present on behalf of the informant. 4. Applicant seeks bail in Case Crime No. 254 of 2024, under Sections 137(2), 87, 65(1) BNS and Section 3/4(2) of POCSO Act Police Station Thanabhawan, District Shamli, during the pendency of trial. 5. Learned counsel for the applicant has argued that the applicant is absolutely innocent and has been falsely implicated in the present case. He has nothing to do with the said offence. It is next stated that the victim has not whispered a single word against the applicant, rather she has stated that the appl
