Heard Sri Yawar Mukhtar, learned counsel for the applicant, Sri Ashutosh Srivastava, learned A.G.A. for the State and perused the material placed on record. 3. Applicant seeks bail in Case Crime No.328 of 2024, under Sections 74, 308(7), 64 B.N.S., 2023 and 67 I.T. Act, Police Station Linepar, District Firozabad, during the pendency of trial. 4. As per prosecution story, the FIR was instituted by the informant with the allegations that the applicant used to outrage the modesty of her daughter every now and then and when the matter was reported to him, he threatened them to get them falsely implicated in a rape case. 5. Learned counsel for the applicant has argued that the applicant is absolutely innocent and has been falsely implicated in the present case. There are no allegations of rape in the FIR.
