Applicant seeks bail in Case Crime No.595 of 2024, under Sections 64(1), 115(2) B.N.S., 2023, Police Station Najibabad, District Bijnor, during the pendency of trial. 4. As per prosecution story, the applicant is stated to have forced the victim into sugarcane field and committed rape with her on 13.12.2024 at about 1:00 p.m. 5. Learned counsel for the applicant has argued that the applicant is absolutely innocent and has been falsely implicated in the present case.
