As per prosecution story, the applicant is stated to have committed rape with the victim and had video recorded the said act and had blackmailed her to make it viral on social media, as such, kept on establishing the said relationship for a substantial period of time. 5. Learned counsel for the applicant has argued that the applicant is absolutely innocent and has been falsely implicated in the present case.
