The present bail application under Section 483 B.N.S.S. has been filed on behalf of applicant, Pintu Kumar with a prayer to release him on bail in Case Crime No. 20 of 2025, under Sections 8/21 of Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act, 1985, Police Station- Kotwali, District- Ballia. 3. Learned counsel for the applicant has contended that 40 gm. of heroin and one Realme mobile as well as Rs. 200/- are alleged to have been recovered from the possession of the applicant, which is much below the commercial quantity. In fact no such recovery was effected from the applicant.
