At the outset, learned counsel for the applicant has stated that the instant bail application has been filed u/s 64(2)(Da) of BNS but subsequently, Sections 351(2) & 352 of BNS have been added against him. His bail application under the said sections has also been rejected by the court of learned Additional Sessions Judge, Court No. 11, Meerut vide order dated 10.03.2025.
