PROSECUTION STORY: 4. The applicant is stated to have enticed away the minor daughter of the informant aged about 15 years on 12.10.2024 at about 06:00 p.m. The victim is stated to have taken away Rs.50,000/- cash and ornaments worth Rs.2 lakh alongwith her.
