First information report has been lodged against the applicant by his real sister alleging outraging of modesty of her daughter by the applicant. Learned counsel for the applicant submits that it is a case of false implication of the applicant on account of property dispute with his sister. He has criminal history of three case and he is in jail since 06.09.2024. Learned AGA has opposed the prayer for bail but could not dispute the above submissions.
