The instant bail application has been filed on behalf of the applicant, Kapil Kumar Alias Kapil Chaudhari, with a prayer to release him on bail in Case Crime No. 279 of 2024, under Section- 2/3 of U.P. Gangsters and Anti-Social Activities (Prevention) Act, 1986, Police Station- Noida Sector-20, District- Gautam Buddh Nagar, pendency of trial. Apart from one case shown in the gang chart the applicant has criminal history of one more case wherein he is on bail. The applicant has falsely been implicated in the present case due to police rivalry. The applicant is not a member of any gang. The applicant is languishing in jail since 08.09.2024. In case he is enlarged on bail he will not misuse the liberty of bail. Per contra learned A.G.A. has opposed the prayer fo
