Heard Sri Kamesh Kumar Arya, learned counsel for the applicant and Sri Sunil Kumar, learned A.G.A. for the State and also perused the material placed on record. 4. Applicant seeks bail in Case Crime No. 292 of 2024, under Sections 74, 352, 351(2), 70(2) of BNS and Sections 5g/6 of POCSO Act, Police Station - Faizganj Behta, District - Budaun, during the pendency of trial. 5. The FIR was instituted regarding outraging the modesty of the victim only but subsequently, the allegations have been escalated to that of rape in the statement of the victim recorded u/s 183 BNSS. 6. Learned counsel for the applicant has argued that the applicant is absolute
