Applicant seeks bail in Case Crime No.168 of 2024, under Sections 137(2), 87, 64 B.N.S. and Section 3/4 POCSO Act, Police Station Ramnagar, District Varanasi, during the pendency of trial. 5. As per prosecution story, the FIR was instituted by the informant on the suspicion that the applicant might have enticed her daughter, aged about 16 years, away. The victim is stated to have taken away Rs.1 lakh and ornaments alongwith her. 6.
