Learned AGA informs that notice has been served on informant, but no one has turned up to oppose the bail application. Heard learned counsel for the applicant as well as the learned AGA for the State and perused the material placed on record. The instant bail application has been filed on behalf of the applicant, Ram Kishan,, with a prayer to release him on bail in Case Crime No. 65 of 2022, under Sections 363, 366, 376 of IPC and section 3/4 of POCSO Act, Police Station- Sakrauli, District- Etah, in Session Case No. 1212 of 2023, during pendency of trial. There is allegation against the applicant of abduction of a minor girl with intent to marry and commission of offence of rape. Learned counsel for the applicant has submitted that from the statement of victim recorded under section 164 Cr.P.C., she has claimed her age as 19 years. She has admitted eloping with the applicant on her own sweet will and marry
