This bail application has been preferred by the accused- applicant, Amarjeet Mishra @ Ajeet, who is involved in Case Crime No. 27 of 2024, under Section- 8/20b(ii)c of N.D.P.S. Act, Police Station- Partapur, District- Meerut. There are allegations against the applicant of recovery of 105 kg of ganja from the possession of applicant. Learned counsel for the applicant has submitted that by way of Notification dated 23 December, 2022, the Union Government has notified the enactment Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances (Seizure, Storage, Sampling and Disposal) Rules, 2022.
