Applicant seeks bail in Case Crime No.225 of 2024, under Sections 75, 333, 64, 115(2), 351(3) B.N.S., Police Station Jaswant Nagar, District Etawah, during the pendency of trial. 4. As per prosecution story, the applicant is stated to have subjected the victim to sexual harassment on 16.10.2024 at about 1:00 a.m. 5. Learned counsel for the applicant has argued that the applicant is absolutely innocent and has been falsely implicated in the present case. The allegations are per se false. The FIR is delayed by about 18 hours and there is no explanation of the said delay caused.
