The allegation against the applicant is of transportation of live animals.Learned counsel for the applicant submits that mere transportation of animals does not amounts to offence. It is a case of false implication. It is argued by the learned counsel for the applicant that the applicant is quite innocent and has been falsely implicated in the present case by the informant with ulterior motive.
